Alt+Enter no longer working?

Is alt+enter no longer working to make it full-screen? It worked the other day. I did fiddle around with some settings before I tried, but I reverted them. I've done some searches on the matter, and it seems alt+enter hasn't always been a thing, or it has something to do with voodoo (whatever that is). Sorry, if this isn't a bug, or if this should have been posted in the technical support forum. I'm not very familiar with the vocabulary of graphics settings. Thank you for your time.

On my side of things, it works. Make sure in "dgVoodoo.conf" you have this line DisableAltEnterToToggleScreenMode = false. And if you do make sure you're on Direct3D 11 or 12.
