account recovery need help

Sorry, we can't help with this. Anyone can put any guild card number inside their forum profile here. There is no validation for it. Additionally, forum and game accounts are not linked.
Account ownership is verified by either the account credentials or access to the verified email associated with the account. If you lack both of these, then how do we know it's your account? Especially since its last login was more than 7 years ago with a different IP?
If you truly lost access to the email and can't remember the credentials, then all you can do is make a new account. Fortunately, it's 200% EXP now so regaining some of that lost progress should be quick!
