Hi, I haven't played in years and when i logged in my characters appearence and I think section id was changed, Myabe other things are missing/changed but i Don't remember. Anyway can i get the appearence of my character reverted please? Thanks.

There's nothing we can do for you, but I do suggest that you secure your account.

Tips for securing your account:

1. Change the password immediately.
2. Don't share your login credentials with anyone.
3. Don't use easy to guess passwords.
4. If your machine is shared with another person and you use the same Windows user, don't save your user ID and password in PSO.
5. If someone else has access to the email address you use for your Ephinea account, perhaps you should stop allowing them access to it or change the e-mail address associated with your account.
