This Snow Queen has been with me for a my journey but I have a 50 Hit one now also with the Heart of Angel Harp applied so it has just been sitting in my bank.
I have around 4000 hours just on Rangers and this Snow Queen has been with me since around level 120 on my very first RAmarl.
