A Rename S-Rank Shop.

Add a shop (similar to the Egg Shop) that allows the player to pay a reasonable sum (ie. 3 to 5 PDs) to rename an S-Rank weapon.

Not sure a whole shop would need to be dedicated to it. Couldn't an NPC of sorts be made and placed in gallons (or something like that).

Yeah, that would be cool, too! It doesn't have to be some huge effort.
