I've heard PH's referenced as payment before, does this just mean Photon Hoard, a.k.a. a lot of Photon drops? Or is a PH a different item?

Hello @Linnaeus From Matt "Photon Hoard". This item can be traded for using 99 PDs at the military NPC in Gallon's Shop, and also converted into 99 PDs at the same NPC. This item exists so that trading items for hundreds of PDs is safe through the trade window.
