I'm pretty sure the initial countdown was met by posting it over 48 hours ago and it now reseting to 24 hours because of the bid. Miku's comment was 7.14 am my time yesterday, my comment was 7.28 this morning, which is more than 24 hours.

But in case I interpreted the rules wrong:

The starting 48hr countdown is from the first bid to meet the reserve (not the thread post) aka your post of 180 started the timer. Threads can remain open forever until this point (technically).
 
It was still fewer than 48 hours from the original bid so it wasn't closed. Consider it to be open for Max(countdown, reset) so the 48h countdown larger in this case so it was still open.
