Why I bid 575:
  • I have been looking for a 60h DoB for a while, no auctions have been coming up then two came at the same time.
  • I was willing to pay 600-700 for either one.
  • There seemed to be 3-4 serious bidders. If they had the same budget as me it could go high.
  • I figured if I bid 575 on this one then the other bidders would focus on the other one while this expired.
  • This one is worth 80pd more than the other one.
  • If the other one sells for less than 495 I made the wrong decision and overpaid - if it goes higher than that my strategy worked.
