Well the last bid by 11:48 was 60 but then again there is the extension rule so idc. By the way it works i guess that dude is gonna be warned and the bid rests at 71.

Just re-auction. @mrchips69 was outbid, and there's no reason to hold someone responsible for their bid after they've been outbid. Especially since their last bid was after a small bidding war between two people who are both auction banned.
