0 mind panzer tail?

Is there a good guide for making a 0 mind panzer tail. I have not found one here but googling it only leads me to one on pso-world and a message board post saying it's no good as a guide.

Give to RAcl Skyly

Feed Monomate until LV10

Give to FOnl Redria

Feed Antidote until LV35

Give to RAct Greenil

Feed Antiparalysis until LV50

Give to FOnl Redria

Feed Dimate until LV74

Feed Antiparalysis until LV75

Give Panther Cell

Can now feed on any character

Feed Antidote until LV83

Feed Dimate until LV200
