Yeah, it's for the PSO2 style individual drops (both rares and regular drops are individual).
And it's optional, enabled with a command if I'm not mistaken, the default drop method is the original PSO one.

Indeed, I guess it'll be an Ep4 drop rates like thing, trial and error until finding a balance, that is, if the current rates end up being too much (hard to know without seeing it in action).

Just to be sure, this is going to be a PSO2 like system with individual drops for each player but with the DAR adjusted around the number of people and not going to use the implementation in the link below, right?

For games where players want to split up and go through different routes, wouldn't the default pso1 drop method be better then? (assuming soda will keep it as the default drop method)

If the PSO1 way of handling drops is the default and the individual drops PSO2 like way is just an option, I think it'd be fine for the PSO2 way to have reduced drop rates for balancing reasons (only as long as it's not the default way). I would have it dividing the drop...

Was gonna make a similar suggestion, I think the baseline should be 100% as well and it shouldn't go any lower than that, but small increments for partying would be nice.

I was wondering if it's possible to implement borderless fullscreen in the widescreen launcher.

Just did a quick mop-up forest run to try out the EU ship, this is pretty nice, there's noticeably less delay for items to appear and to pick them up. ^^
In the original ship it really didn't feel much laggy to me, so was surprised to still see a noticeable change.
It's not a big shiny, but, not bad for a hard mode run, Brionac get~ ^^
