This has been fixed. Did some configuration changes yesterday and I guess that provider has some strict outgoing email limits. Switched back to the old provider. Apologies for the inconvenience!

What is your Windows speaker configuration and output set to? Sometimes PSO does weird things with certain audio chipsets, speaker configurations, and bitrate / hz settings. I'd imagine if you set Windows to output at 16/24 bit and 48khz stereo only, it'd be fine. But you shouldn't HAVE to do...
