Every monster only has a single rare drop item. Staff has moved items around for balancing reasons. In vanilla BB the best endgame items were located in Ep4. The new items that were added to the drop tables are weapon skins.

The wiki does link to the main one. There is a disclaimer that the dropcharts might be outdated. The whole article still has some useful information about the drop system, it's just that manually adding the dropchart is a lot of work. Someone probably started doing it but lost motivation.

Depending on the stat range, yes. Some bonus stats are low, like Thirteen with 8 points in both bonus stats. Many people found [8/8] [8/8] Thirteens already. Red Ring is a notoriously elusive one, with I think the first ever Max Stat [85/85] [25/25] dropping quite recently.

It would fall under Med Stat. High stat is really only for when you're a few points off the maximum. The randomized stats for the bonus are independent. You can find a Max EVP frame with no bonus points in DFP and vice versa.

A bit late reply, but to be precise the odds of a weapon dropping with hit on ultimate are precisely 14.2625%, roughly 1/7. It's lower on lower difficulties, so it's advised to always target hunt hit weapons on ultimate.

Shifta scales linearly per level, the difference in ATP increase from 10 to 15, 20, 30 is significant. Lv10 is not close to max.
