I modified the Monster Reader's List so that Monster Names are color coded by Enemy Weakness. --Light/Dark are not included, If the Monster's lowest resistance is Light or Dark, the Second Lowest Resistance is chosen. --Even the rare monsters are color coded by elemental weakness, so be careful...

Techniques are already great. What they lack in damage they make up for with Range, Utility, and the fact that outside of Megid they're guaranteed to hit. Then you consider variables like Cost Reduction and Cast Speed (fonewm, v801). Especially considering it doesn't matter what weapon you use...
