Ok I did this, UN: Abc123abc PW: Abc123abc I made a character named "Abc123abc" and logged in, got online fine, logged off and back in. Character is there working just fine. Something with the account migration when they made extra slots may have f'ed my account up? Seems odd that it works on...

It promptly returns to it's correct value of 1 (or 3 or whatever slot i choose) The last time i successfully logged in was before all of this slot stuff, but clearly our accounts are fine something with this pc tho....

Reset my PW, Eph PSOBB failed to login with my OLD password and worked with my new one. So I am logging into the correct server.

My account is fine, it works great on my wife's PC. (as stated a few times, this issue is specific to ephinea and this PC)

We also know that not ALL PSO's are broken on my PC only Ephinea. Though only Ephinea is installed at this point (reinstalled to a few locations by now)

For shits and giggles I checked my server, I can login and get online fine. I reinstalled ephinea to a new location and gave everyone full rights, still, I can logon and am presented with 4 empty character slots. To prove that my character actually exists, I can download my character data right...

I can log in with this account fine on another PC so I don't think that is the case. It's clearly something I did, probably while setting up my own server. Though, I had both running fine until a few months ago.

It would make sense, but clearly, not what is happening.

So no votes for some sort of network issue? I didn't find anything in my firewall or router's port forwarding... Does the character data come from a different location than the login server? (I can login clearly, but cannot see characters)

Unlikely, as it useto work. Also, the account logs in fine, as in, if i type a wrong password it fails to get as far as I am. Character data is just bugged on my machine somehow...

So my account was created way before we went to the whole "Grouping 1-4" thing. My character should be on group 1-4 and indeed, my wife's PC can log into my account just fine and see my character.

Just did that... uninstalled any PSO I had, (old scht versions as well) Still, no dice

Yea, that isn't my issue. It is definitely set to 1-4, I have even tried most of the other ones...

I actually posted this before a few months back and, well never got it resolved. Life got in the way and I dropped it. Anyway trying this again, logging into my account, I get my character data showing as 4 new EMPTY character slots. I have a 170s+ Ramar that loads just fine on my wife's...

Running on windows 10 if that matters...
