Iron Faust also doesn't "ignore manual evasion", so you cannot hit some enemies reliably that Cannon Rouge can. Iron Faust is pretty bad, sadly.

It was released by accident during one Xmas event. It's strictly better than an ES Twin with Arrest. It got changed to the correct present drop shortly afterwards and will most likely never be released again. The item was a mistake.
