also no absolutely not, people like me who value their already strapped unit space will just use stuff we would actually want to use such as Proof of Sword Saint or V502, which would in turn lead to people continuing to complain about DF - I know this because & I've gotten angry DMs about it...

Learning how to use HP triggers is useful on every class. It is on the same efficiency spectrum as learning what weapons are good, using spheres to add attribute%s to them, carrying Hell/Demons when it's applicable for the quest and doing crowd control with Arrest, Frozen Shooter or Freeze...
