If you're looking for the "Side Story" quests from the Hunter's Guild counter, you have to make your game "1-player mode" to access those.

Price guide says any RR with 81-84 DFP is 250-450, so I guess this would be somewhere in the 400-450 range. Its definitely worth auctioning if you're going to sell it.
