I'm not familiar with that term o.o; Black Paper? but no hit [0/15/35/0|0]. I just wanted to get the hard one out of the way and hunt the Shouren (w/hit) during rare enemy week .-.

Black Paper Deal is a quest in Episode 4. By giving a Photom Crystal to the Quest NPC, you get transported to a special area where you can fight monsters. Fight them all and you get random rewards. BPD 1 has 1/2/3/4 items per difficulty (N/H/VH/U), including duds in the shape of Meseta; and it has different routes you can take. BPD2 has 1/1/2/2 rewards.

Hmmm, I'm assuming there are no %'s? I guess that means Swan/Raven can never have Hit, then q.q

Correct! Last Swan and Master Raven cannot come with %s, which in turn means that Dual Bird will also always be hitless.

Aww, that's a bummer. But makes sense considering how "easy" they are to get. Guess this means I'll have to hunt Milla the old fashioned way too ^_^;

Hunting Milla the old-fashioned way is not recommended. Just equip the Guld (which you have to actually drop) and equip it. That way, you will get the %s of your Guld transferred to your Guld Milla.
Of course, you can always hope for a Hit Milla, but the chance for that is extremely low.

Finding Guld is difficult enough. Finding both would take super long. So get a BPD Milla and go nuts with your Guld! ^^
