You don't pay for docs notes in the UK, never heard of that anywhere I lived. They give you them when you are sick at your request of one. Anyone paying is doing something fraudulent.

also skylar private medical certificates aren't fit notes. the BMA's guidance is for the former and you can't be charged for the latter.
