The problem with a Tier List is that it will never take into account the different Episodes, solo versus multi, regular gear versus sphered gear, etc.
Generally speaking, if you're playing as HUcast, RAcast, RAmar, RAmarl, or FOnewm, you're going to be viable in the majority of situations. So these 5 classes would represent A and S tier for most solo or multimode situations. Choosing any of them as a starter class is viable, and all of them continue to be viable even at endgame. The other 7 classes may sometimes come close (or even exceed) in some unique situations.
