[SOLVED] Cannot swap slots

Hi! I'm planning to play PSO:BB with some friends of mine, and I wanted to dedicate a new character slot to it, but for some reason it doesn't show me an option to swap slots. Does anyone know why it happens and how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Here's how my launcher looks like. As you can see, the slot selector appears to have vanished.
