There's an option in the main menu while in game called Auto Disconnect with a few options that you can adjust, its also an option in the launcher too I believe but I dont know which page its on. There should be an option for never disconnect in the launcher. Hope this helps.

You cant be spamming the attack button, you have to be very deliberate with your button presses. Higher attack speeds also affect this as well, if you moved recently from having no attack speed units (base attack speed of 100%) to equipping for instance a Heavenly/Battle, which makes this 140%...
