    Best words I can say is Patience and Dedication, which is mostly required. I've been hunting Psycho Wand on my FOmarl since lv116 or so. I've leveled up to around 130+ doing that and the exp rates were normal at the time I was on the hunt. But I'll admit I got burned out on it so I really slacked off on hunting it, I should get back to that while the milestone is still active lol

    Yeah, it's just how RNG works. I went from 80 to 170 looking for a better SoF but only found 5 SoF's and none with hit
