Check clip distance in options, this server lets you edit it way beyond what was originally intended.
And are you by any chance using ENB because some stuff in it like Reflection Bump mapping can really destroy performance in Seaside and Seabed.

There is a problem with that if you are someone who sometimes types with one hand while using the other to steer your character somewhere that auto-run wouldnt cut, but otherwise it does work well as it still retains the analog controls just with the plus of having WASD to break out of ice...
