BPD2 Couldn't pick up one of two items

Didn't care for the Vivienne but would suck if it were to happen for something else, if it matters I'm HC.
Reporting anyway as it seems strange and also curious on what happened here.

Didn’t really bother looking at the clip and server logs are not detailed enough to see. Just gotta suck it up, get another Photon Crystal and try again! Sorry for your loss!
