Been trying to complete the Gallon's Plan mission. I have explored the whole area and killed all monsters, but I just can't seem to get the mission to complete. All I can find is a shiny spot behind a barricade, but I can't interact with it.

I think I have an issue. I created a room for Episode 1 and I can't find the Guild NPC person. They aren't at the guild counter. EDIT: Nevermind, I found her. I had gotten the main quest from the lady next to the governor and it was the issue. Oopsie.

I hope so. I play games while talking to friends, so it's hard to hear them.

Sadly, no. Kaspersky doesn't give me that option. Even after setting the options to ask me first, it still removes it.
