I was modifying the texture for my own personal use (reflecting GameCube buttons), when I noticed that Texture 0 became uneven with the new update. The action outline on the left has more on the bottom than the right action outline.
I found the default item textures to be slightly blurry, so I took the effort to increase the resolution of the textures from 32x32 (or 16x16 for the Easter Egg) to 256x256 and smooth out the diagonals so they look sharp and faithful

New Textures
I made new item box textures so the colors are more distinct at a distance.
I might change this set to include the Rare Item Box from the first set I posted.
I'll just dump some textures that might be edits of other textures or something.

I personally use DS4Windows.
You can always set L2, R2, PS Button, and Touchpad to certain keyboard or macro commands to makes things easier for yourself.

There's also Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3.
Just lightly press the button to hold up the weapon without firing it.
Press it hard to just shoot it.
I have no idea how the Xbox version handled this.
