So yeah basically was curious how to apply these mods. Using windows 7 64bit if that makes any difference as to what program I need for applying mods. Please and thank you.

For sure option 2, but personally I think it would be fair enough to only remove scapes from quests (or atleast from Tryrells Ego). If we are getting that extreme of a change, I would like to see better drop rates or maybe events to balance it idk. Also pretty new to this server so not sure how...
