Dropped the SSAA as you suggested, all seems well now. Thanks so much!
By way of explanation, I don't actually know how anti aliasing works so out of habit I tend to just put stuff at the highest possible settings unless it impacts performance. Thanks again for the advice!

Pretty much just what's in the title, after server maintenance and downloading and installing the updates, 3840 x 2160 resolution now displays a heavily zoomed in upper left corner of the actual application, as if the resolution is too big for my monitor. Needless to say, my monitor does indeed...
