They were obtainable for 12 silver badges during the event, so if you can find someone selling 12 of those (previously valued at 6:1 PD ratio, idk about now) then you'll have one!

Crazy Tune costs 8 Silver Badge from Badge shop directly, while Item Ticket could cost 12. Try to buy 20 Silver Badges or 8 Silver Badge and a Item ticket. Unless someone's selling Item Ticket for cheaper than what people sell 8 Silver Badges for.
