i woke up this morning and wanted to hop on but when i did this screen poped up and the username and password box was empty and even when i enter the correct pass and username it takes me to a endless loading screen Please help i want to get some event items

Did you run the game from the launcher (online.exe)? If not please do. Also try to run an update on the client.

the download link doesnt actually work for me it just takes me to a new tab with no pop ups or anything else pretty sure its because i cant use push on my laptop

Im at work and DLL downloads are blocked (obviously XD)

Right click the game client > Propreties > Compatibility > Run as administrator.

nope admin doesnt work and i dont know why the DLL wont be blocked for me im at home and pretty much nothing is blocked

Im sorry I have no idea what else could be the problem XD And I don't have access to send you the DLL :( Last possible option is to delete de DLL file and force an update or redownload the client (or use the setup files if you still have them) and overwrite your current installation.

Characters are saved server side so it will not affect them.

im reinstalling everything PSO and ephina related and if this doesnt work il see if NDW can host the download some where else

alright i Reinstalled everything and it is still messing upi think i just need that DLL link in a way i can download it

Stupid question but... put the DLL in the exception list of your antivirus. Theres been a lot of issues lately with that. If it just blocks it it will give an error

I had this problem as well. I temporarily disabled my AVAST! "shields" until i found out how to add folder exceptions. That fixed it for me. Now it is working properly while everything is on.

anybody have this problem when trying to add it to the exception list in windows defender?

EDIT: Just figured it out -- not sure whether to delete the post or just edit, so i went with edit in case anybody else has this problem.

SOLUTION: Disable windows defender while excluding the file, then re-enable it
