You need to be a bit more concrete on your wants. Its too vague and will cause too much back and forth for bidders
 
Understood I was afraid of being too specific and alienating bidders are insulting them by assigning a value they didn't think was fair.
I'll use the guide and clean it up a bit so there is less confusion thank you for the advice.
