Alright. A new bid resets
Got it. The 24 reset counter resets everytime a new bid is placed. I will change the countdown time to end this faster. Don't have to babysit this auction, have life outside this game.

I've changed the countdown time to 0 hours to not have this drag on. Whoever wins can reach out after the auction is over, not paying this any mind right now.

@Suzaku_777, Arsuru's 65 PD bid is still CHB whether you like it or not. If you wanted a higher buy-in or a faster auction, you could've decided that when you put the thread up, or before any bids were placed. It's too late to change the terms of the auction now.
