Not sure why you dropped an important item on the ground. If it was for trading purposes, this is what the trade window is designed for.
When you signed up to play Ephinea, you agreed to the disclaimer shown on the sign up page.
We are not responsible for data loss that occurs due to bugs or glitches.
In the future, please utilize the trade window when transferring or trading items.
If you still insist on drop trading, pay attention to what the server thinks the item is when the item is dropped on the ground (shown in a pop up but not for ALL items).
Also do drop trades in a freshly created game.
