Can't connect with any of my 3 accounts. There is no DLL error. I've tried turning firewall off and still get the error. Did I get an auto-ban? The game was working just fine this morning.
 
Were you logging in multiple accounts at once through the shipgate? If so, you probably got a temporary timeout from the ddos protection. One thing you can try is just not logging in for 15 minutes on ANY account and see if it works after. Each time you try to connect during this window resets the timeout.
