TTF S-rank reward not appearing in inventory (scapedoll)

The last few TTFs that I've ran and completed with an S-rank have not been rewarding me with an item. I do play using a hardcore account, but I've never had issues receiving the scapedoll reward before. Is this a recent change to limit scapedoll accumulation?

Unfortunately, hardcore players are unable to claim scape dolls as quest rewards since this announcement was posted.

While I'm here, I do want to emphasize this other announcement about this change to the classic drops system for hardcore players. Because normal players can play together with hardcore players, the PSO2 drops system is intended for items to drop to each player privately without causing the two sets of drop to mix via the classic drops system. If a hardcore player wants to create a party with the classic drops system, one person mode is the only option for those players. What about the two to four hardcore players that want to play using the classic drops system? That's not allowed anymore since normal players exist, so that can be problematic since normal players can technically share drops with hardcore players if this change was not enforced as that other announcement states.

As for using multiple clients with two normal accounts and two hardcore accounts from one user, I have no clue about what will happen with that. Maybe the party will still enforce a PSO2 drop system, but I like to know what would happen if someone is willing to test that out since I'm curious.

Last thing I read suggests multiclienting with PSO2 drop style simply limits you to drops on a single character. This helps prevent abuse of the drop system without imposing any less favorable restrictions that might limit players' options in terms of mag feeding or farming additional section IDs.

If that's the case, then I feel I should mention that I've collected many scapedolls as S-rank rewards in TTFs as recently as a week ago, going back a couple years, all in hardcore mode. Maybe I have only been collecting them when being the only HC player in the party? I've been helping my brother level his new HC character going through TTFs, so maybe that's it. I'll go test this idea and share my findings.

I got lucky enough to get S-rank first try, with me being the only HC account player. Did not receive the item, so maybe this post is more of an anti-bug; as I am no longer receiving items that I wasn't supposed to receive in the first place.
