Yeah, but you can't go online with it. Only the DC version can go online with Android currently.

I guess that's the GPD XD+ running PSOGC, in the comment below someone manages to run PSOBB with GPD WIN.

I've tried running with cheap Windows 8.1 tablet (HP Stream 7) playing PSOBB but it isn't great. Also I've played PSODC on my android phone years ago (Reicast) and it ran very smooth if I remember.

Reicast has actualy improved recently, I've been using it to play pso and plasma sword.
Granted having a Bluetooth controller helps immensely.
