I think 0 my friend, it's a pretty niche item and the PB is generally better spent on chain blasts for SD. The special also does not appear to require hit as it cannot miss.
 
Neat! Now to find someone willing to part with it! I want one. I like niche weapons
 
berdysh can drain 39 PB on command by using NS-swap, allowing a player to intentionally retrigger 100PB invulns more quickly than reequipping mag. TJS does it slightly better at 38 PB drain from the same method

i have a -5h Berdysh but it's not clean. b>-5h clean Berdysh and -5h TJS
