Wrapped untekked item can not trade

The item that try to trade is wrapped untekked weapon once.
This report is not about wrapping let item tekked(I checked that bug have been from sega server ).
just about trading.

I'll look at this one, too. Most likely the client is manipulating values like it does S-Ranks during trades.
