When I go to launch, it boots up to the title screen, then the music and sound are both playing even though all of my settings keeping them mute in the options are still intact. Plus, I have a missing DLL error at the bottom left, too. I noticed some people said the servers were acting weird, but this seems above that. Windows Security keeps going off too, even though it didn't before, and I think that's the problem. Reinstalling didn't work. What do I do? :c
 
Also, my login-save setting was erased too, even though it's there in the options...

Then when I try logging in, the game doesn't load; I can't even get to the character screen from this point. Something's definitely weird here. :c
 
You need to whitelist/exclude ephinea.dll from your antivirus programs because it is recognised as a false-positive and deleted etc otherwise. And when this happens it causes many many many issues as this DLL is essential. Reinstall, then whitelist this and then log on.
