Hey guys,

I downloaded this game approximately two years ago and invested a significant amount of time playing and leveling up several characters. Recently, I decided to return to the game but my login credentials are no longer being accepted. Could you please confirm whether characters or accounts are deleted after a certain period of inactivity?

Accounts are not deleted. Please make sure you are logging into the game with your character account, not your forum account. If you have problems remembering the password, you can go here and get an email to reset it.
