TP cost discount items.

I never own full set of TP discount gear before. But I remember the psyco wand reducing TP costs by ½ and ½ out of HP. But if you equipped something in your slots that cuts costs by say 25% or something. Would that reflect in the HP costs or would it just use the base HP cost of the spell?

TL: DR does TP cost reduction work on psyco wand HP costs?

Been a long time since I had a pwand, but afaik, yes they do. Any TP reducing equipment will work with the Pwand, and further reduce the amount of HP cost.

Yeah an adept will reduce TP and also HP drain. Interestingly it is also stackable with multiple adepts if youre going for some wild kind of build, it does add 20 ATA as well which is godly for foney and newm who can use hell/demons s rank mechs
