The /give command

What's the format for the Admin's /give command? I assume you need the item hex, but the command /give 030000 (monomate) as an example doesn't work on it's own!

You need to use 4 sets of values
/item (or /give) AAAAAAAA,BBBBBBBB,CCCCCCCC,DDDDDDDD

You can also use 0 for the values 2 3 and 4, something like /item AAAAAAAA,0,0,0
