Team Flag Not Appearing.

So I decided to make a team for myself and any of my friends I bring here. Made a 32x32 bmp file titled "Flag" and replaced the old one. Made my Team in-game, but the flag, not matter how many times I hit Tab, isn't showing up. Any help or solutions to this?

You make no mention of purchasing the flag privilege for 1000 team points.

Yeah after buying it, you have to go to the counter with master permissions to change it.

Ohhh, I see now. On the old servers I used to play on it was an immediate thing. Alrighty then, I'll have to do that, then.
