Hi, I'm new to playing this game, and I've been trying to log in properly, but my scroll function seems to be broken. Every time I load in, all my selections are scrolled through even when I'm not touching my laptop. I'm able to select things and use my mouse, but my arrow keys don't work and when I try to stop the scrolling on specific options it won't work and will just select whatever the scroll lands on.
I've rebooted and tried to do the whole diagnostic stuff and redownloads. Still hasn't changed anything. My laptop is like a 4-year-old surface Windows 11. If anyone has advice, I'd love the help.
