Also psow info should be correct since its vanilla stats and nothing is boosted here.
Basically for mats: Newman + cast 150 mats (Hp+TP separate 125 each)
Human: 250 mats (Hp+TP separate 125 each)
Yeah cookies apps are great. Even has an app with drop charts where you can adjust RDR and DAR to check rates.
