SOS: Account Controls somehow mapped confirm + cancel to same button, preventing login. Needs to be reset somehow

Hello,

I was having controller issues earlier today and it somehow mapped my keyboard confirm + cancel to the same button during one of its fits.
I am no longer able to select a character and login to fix this, as it is immediately canceling once past login back to the Press Enter Key Menu.

The controller inputs are also not able to use the confirm button.
Is there a way to reset the keyboard / controller button configurations back to default so that I can then fix the rest in game for my account?
