shifta/deband to affect equipment instead of base stat and then take dmc out?

Instead of it affecting character base stats it would affect their weapons/armor instead?

It certainly would nerf some classes (Hucast), but it would buff some other classes as well (Huney)

DMC could be a way for the game to keep up with the damage drop/not make charge mechs worthless.
