Seasons Shop Points showing as 0

I think I've run into this before at some other point and might have mistaken it for being on another character but now I've run into this on my seasons RAmar just now. The only purchases I've been making recently is ring paints and I know I was well over 200 points. Is there some kind of data array issue?
